I un-installed via Titanium - it did not up-date right away, took a few re-boots to install g-mail again. In the interim, i used my browser for g-mail. Eventually, I was able to download/install...

Flashed this morning, g-mail up-date worked.

Flashed this yesterday - very nice, only disapointment is the top battery bar does not display despite it being offered, had to switch to go sms too I'm learning to live with it. Again, very nice...
