Ok, so i am NOT a fanboy of any site. I visit ANY site I need to in order to get the "latest and greatest". And 2 dollars I can afford.
BUT... for Team Black Hat to put out a PAID APP ONLY, JUST...
correct 4.6 I wouldn't try it until rootzwiki or someone on forums confirms or writes walkthrough... still brand new...
i'm going to try it shortly...
So i downloaded the AndroIRC client from the market and connect to freenode... but get hung up on frigg VERSION.. do i have to add a custom channel? How would I connect to Freenode applet...
Good to know! I'm still an avid RSD user but just loaded Ubuntu a few nights ago... hopefully will get the hang of it pretty soon...
SEE. LOL
Drew No... This is simply a recovery tool for those stuck in a bootloop or can only get to the bootloader screen. Its esentially a STOCK backup file that reverts your phone completely...
well for all you hoping for a fix maybe they will put one in since they delayed 2.2 until early september because of corp exchange issues... they certainly have the time now...
just delete it. Its going to have absolutely nothing to do with the 2.2 update. you'll be fine. you can't rename the file unless the system is mounted as read write. which is why it wouldn't let you...
See. LOL
Someone may wanna get a tutorial up for those that don't run Linux... or any other variation... you know there are going to be questions/ requests...
This is the closest I came!! 778
Here is my Desire X Thanks for the dock image. wunderba!777
Yes it is 2048 bit, but this isn't a brute force method... either way, if it was possible i'm sure someone woulda been tried it by now... i just thought the article was cool.
I was under the impression that this is because people think the volume is too low even at max... I haven't had an issue with the max volume... maybe try a different ring until this is fixed?
...
i can't believe this is getting this much attention. how loud do you REALLY need to hear your phone ring?? from the basement while you are 2 floors up? Get a holster... lol
i understand wants......
Good... you should be fine then. Shouldn't have any issue. And i'm pretty sure it won't remove root. You'll lose your root APPS, but not root itself. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Did you remove bloat?
Did you put it back successfully? Correct permissions?
If you have your phone as you received it PLUS root, doing a factory reset will not hurt it, nor will you lose...
i know right... its insane... like quantum mechanics stuff... probably be better off just sending these guys an X... not to mention starndarizing the voltage from a cloud setup would be nearly...
Will a developer/hacker explain the ins and outs as to why this hasn't been tried on the Milestone or the X?? There's clearly a possibility this would work, regardless of how long the code is...
...
Or at least some Wolfenstein 3D....
oh i'm terribly sorry to inconvinience you. i'll move my screenshots. thanks.
Here is my Droid X
haven't heard of anything significant happening the last few days... hopefully someone will drop a bombshell soon so i have all weekend to play around :)
I already had one paperweight. I bricked mine running a test for Erronr, ha! i know what i'm doing and how to set 644 permissions, I'm just wondering if there's even a point for me to put it back. it...
I'm pretty sure all I removed was Skype, amazon, and city ID...
and i'm 100% sure i removed all these in /system/app... so it would make sense that they all go BACK in /system/app correct?
