which phone?

so my upgrade is nearing closer and closer everyday and i can't decide which phone i would like to get so maybe you guys can help me out. i'll be sad to leave my x and miui but i think its time for something newer
the two i'm am contemplating are the droid razr maXX and the galaxy nexus.

nexus:
Running ICS 4.0
removable battery
on screen buttons incorporated into screen so when screen is off looks super clean
for hdmi requiers an HML adapter for HDMI
rounder edges make the phone look very sleek
4.65" screen with a resolution of 720x1280

razr maxx:
still running GB but is said to have ICS within 6 months of release date
non removable battery but now has the mAh 3300 battery now lasting twice as long as any 4g phone
ultra thin
micro HDMI port
square edges make the phone look boxy
4.65" screen with a resolution of 540x960

i really like the razr because i want to stay in the motorola family but i'm leaning toward the nexus. the razr maxx doesn't come out until the end of January i believe.

Which ever one you want. My girl got the razr and its fast as heck and feels good in my hand. The nex was fast but didn't feel good in my hand. If you into modding the heck out if your phone, you prob want the nex. Your going to get some very different opinions on this. Best thing to do is go play with them and decide.
