Two phones activated on one line?

Ok, so I recently lost my phone, made a claim, got my new x2, activated it, and my original phone was found and has been returned to me. My question is: is it possible to have two active phones on one line???

*edit* I haven't tried anything on my original X, but it seems to be in exactly the same state it was in when I lost it.

Not possible, you can only have one ESN# (I think, either that the MEID#) registered to one line at a time, when you activate a new phone, it kicks that old phone off, or at least it should. I would consider any thing else to be a glitch. I have always tried using my old phone after activating a new one just to see if it works, with no avail....

It might take some time for the other phone to get kicked, and if it don't, you got lucky! lol

And always remember to read, read, read, and read some more!

...I just tried to make a call on my old phone with no luck....:-( So my new question is: can I switch between phones whenever I want? My X is rooted, Rom'd, OC'd, and I love it...but the x2 is dual core, but doesnt have any of those capabilities...yet.

verizon probably blacklisted the ESN due to the fact that you made a claim, so no

*228 it and see what happens, I think it should tell you if you can't activate it, if you talk to a VZW REP, just ask about the ESN, if you tell them you found your phone after you made a claim, they might want the other one back lol.

I wouldn't think they would let you keep both since a claim was made. I imagine they would like one back.

I think you now have a nice mp3 player/wifi device.
