    Installing FroYo on my G1...

    CyanogenMod-6.0.0 RC1

    Having SBF/RSD Lite issues? Make sure you have the right drivers installed! (32-bit or 64-bit)

    Letting nandroid do it's thing now...

    Now nandroid is done and it's copying files. Ooh, look at that. Rebooting already! Now I dunno what it's doing. Sitting at the "G1" screen for a while, though. I always hate this part - never sure if I've bricked it or if it just needs 20 minutes to do its thing...

    BTW, moved past the G1 screen and am now at the cool swirlies that move into an X screen.

    Hmmm, installing gapps caused me to get stuck at the "Touch on the Droid to continue..." screen. Apparently there's an issue with this version of gapps and I need to redownload. Back to nandroid and my old install. Yay, backups!

    This Jax is now sporting FroYo on his G1! Yup, that's right! Stable FroYo on the ORIGINAL Android device that started this whole thing! (And I'm not sure how but I managed to score my G1 like 3-4 days before launch!)

    FroYo + ADW Launcher = one snappy phone for now!
