Last night it was seared scallops on wilted watercress with bacon

Then we realized we didn't get nearly enough watercress to feed us both, so a box of that pre-made pasta was also thrown together.

Mmm... had some pasta-burrito.

My own creation for leftovers - take leftover refrigerated pasta, mix with cheddar and permesan, and put on tortilla. My girlfriend calls it carb overload, I call it delicious

Anyways as far as ingredients -

Organic spiral corn/wheat spiral noodles, tomato sauce with garlic and clove, salt/pepper, cheddar, parmesan, refrigerated overnight and then heated it up on a couple fresh corn tortillas over a skillet MMMMMMMMMmmmmm
