I'm surprised they allowed it to be flashed on another system.....Big Red's all about making you pay for anything and everything. If they let you it'll certainly cost you a bit.....keep us posted.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I think I goofed by posting my thread where I should have introduced myself. Maybe I'll do the introduction in the technical question area just to be consistent.
I'm transitioning from a RAZR to the D-X so you can imagine how overwhelmed I am. Thanks in advance for all the future help and tips from this confused but coherent newbie. Not only that but I'm an old guy (> 30) (by geeky standards) so change is terrifying but terrific. I am blown away by the few features I have discovered (especially the speech recognition) and in awe of what I am sure I will be discovering in the future.
