hudson needs help

i got a replacement phone from asurien and sometimes my touch screen does not work, and now when i use my car dock when i plug in the aux jack it just starts to play my music and it skips. then when i try to make calls i can hear them but they cant hear me. so i have to unplug the aux jack and put it on speaker. it will also do this when i plug in a head set. any help would be apprecited.

Sounds like you need to call ausrian and get a new replacement.
