Hey guys and Gals! I am not a noobie to Android Mods etc. However I am a noob to this forum and so far it totally kicks tail! I have always been 100% dedicated to XDA only but decided to live on the edge and find another home for my Droid needs and wants. I hope to get some help and learn even more and vise verse.

Hi all. been reading forums. A lot of info on here. looking forward to really messing my X up!
phone specs are
4.5.604 MB809.AGC-nTelos
Milestone X
2.3.5
2.6.23.9-geadffa3
But i guess that wasnt hard to figure out once I put 604 up. Been reading about the roms that could be put on my x and i noticed on the thread .621 update some on there. Will all of those roms work for my phone? Also noticed someone said that CM7 CM9 Gummy AOKP Black Ice can also be ran. Where are those links if you dont mind me asking. And is there any specifics that i need to look at before i start getting my feet wet?

Hi - I posted in the forum last month but neglected to check in here first - sorry!

I have a droid x on verizon and am a VERY frustrated owner! I've been searching the threads for help, especially since my original post did not provide any solutions that i could apply ...most of the tech stuff i've been reading is unfortunately over my head, but i would love to understand it and apply whatever i can!

I've been searching the forums for any information about getting my droid x past the last update motorola put out and plans for the phone (2.3.4). is it possible to put anything newer on the phone that might solve the problems i am currently having with the sounds going off for no reason and the camera not working?

2.3.4 is the final version for the X. If you want something "newer" you'll have to root.

Hello I have joined this site to see what Modding can be done to my old dx. I have gone through a number of droids in my single contact mostly due to my constant need for change. Since buying a new phone has become something I can no longer justify on my own I figure I'll mod an old phone into something new. I would be appreciative of some good places to start.
