I've used the Theme App, it didn't help me. The ringtone works for a day or so. After that it will randomly decide to just beep beep beep.

yep. Again, it works the first day and the it just beeps thereafter.
Yes sdcard/miui/music, if i put misic in the folder iy doesnt show up in the stock miui music app, or either music folder or mp3 folder or music downloads no mp3 or any type of music file shows up in the stock

SDcard music, you may want to clean cache and reflash the rom over itself

Hello. I have been runing this rom for a few months now and when I first flashed it I noticed a problem with the screen. Every time I would disable automatic brightness, the screen would completely mess up. I did not think it would be a problem because I could just keep automatic brightness enabled. Now, the screen will randomly mess up then correct itself after a few seconds. I did not have this problem in 2012.4.5 version of this rom which makes me think it may be software related. Is anyone else having this problem and would an SBF fix this?

That looks like a hardware issue, you could try to clear cache and delvic then flash Miui over itself and see if it's fixed or if you have a nandroid of something else then try that, but I don't think it's software, I could be wrong. If you press on the screen or knock the phone against your Palm of hand, does it flicker or change at all?

It does not change if I apply pressure or knock it. It usually only changes and flickers when I first wake up the phone after not using it for a bit. And when you ask if I have a nandroid, do you mean I backup, factory reset, and restore from the backup?

A backup of stock or a different rom, and if it only does it after waking it up then it really sounds like hardware, did you mess with under or over clocking? If it's too low then maybe it's not waking up right but the best way I can think of is reflash or flash a backup or flash a different rom, if it still happening after any of those options then I say hardware, flashing overwrites your software which in turn would fix it if that is the problem

Boot into CWM, make a backup, after its done, wipe cache, data, go into advanced and wipe delvic, back out and install from SDcard and flash Miui again. That will be a fresh install and give it a day or how ever long it usually takes for the screen to freak out. If it fails, hardware, if it passes, software. This would be what I would do if just re flashing with only cache and delvic didn't work

Edit: You could also just do a factory reset, that would be miui stock, but if the problem is in the system software then it would more than likely return.

Hope I did not lose you anywhere in my answer

Ok. I tried wiping cache and dalvik and reflashing the rom, but it did not work. I will try flashing another rom then reflashing MIUI. I have boot manager. Will my sd card rom be affected by doing this?

SDcard isn't effected by flashing, just make a backup before flashing a new one

My virgin droid X did the same thing, Had it for a while then it started ..part of the screen would screw up or flash or just go white or act like im toching the screen all over when im not. Took it in to Verizon and got a new one (the one I have now today). It's rooted and a custom Rom with Linux backtrack 5 running on top of it .... works great! That's what I would do take it in to Verizon ( I asume you use it as a phone and not just WiFi, games, ect) and ....SBF to stock .621 first then take in and they should send you a new one or a certified used one
