Okay, so I'm still having slight battery problems. It's definitely gotten better by removing Facebook and APW, but my phone still says 25% of battery is consumed from Phone Idle. My phone still doesn't go into deep sleep mode and I think it's because of the process: com.Android.Server$AlarmManager. I've tried re flashing, wiping cache and dalvik cash and I've wiped battery stats.

Any help on how to get rid of Alarm Manager? I've done a little research on it. but I'll do some more. (I don't really use the alarm anyway)

I am pretty sure AlarmManager is used by any app that wants to perform a function at a specific time. It is not the alarm app that you use to wake yourself up in the morning. I am pretty sure you don't want to stop it. If it's on all the time it could be a poorly written app that is incorrectly using AlarmManager. Maybe a dev or someone with more experience can weigh in, but I had looked this up once as well.

AlarmManager does not just handle the alarm, it controls the wake-locks for applications the need to sync data on a schedule. These wake-locks ar what keep your phone from going into Deep Sleep. I know Facebook and Google Maps are notorious for keep the phone awake. You can try wiping data/cache re-flashing the rom and then use CPUSpy to see if you phone is going into Deep Sleep. Then start adding an application one at a time then check CPUSpy until you find the app that is causing it from going into Deep Sleep. I did this but the apps that were causing the wake-locks were apps that I wanted so I am just dealing with it.

The best yet is go through all you apps and if they refresh data on an interval, either push the interval out or disable it. I think push notifications use less battery but I am completely sure though.

Use ICS Camera (in the market) it is better but if you want to use the stock camera make sure it is not on Widescreen (6M I think) put it on 8M instead and it should work.

I'm 99% sure MP doesn't matter. Its been awhile since I fooled with it, but you most definitely do need to set auto-focus to infinity. That should resolve the blurry picture issue.

I thought that was only if you were using the widescreen setting, I could be wrong though!!
