Do I still have to flash EX.apk just flashed 2012-02-01 and do not have miui setting looked everywhere. Sorry for the dumb question. And it's a apk how do I flash it?

nevermind..i think i was expectin to see 1% indicators on my status bar but saw it when i plugged my phone in to charge

I'm having serious problems with this build. It keeps freezing up and I have to pull the battery. I sbf'd twice all ready and downloaded a couple times. The md5 match. This is crazy. It happened in the other build 2 as soon as I flashes to file to fix the boot menu. I keep getting random reboots also. I'm going back to an older build. I pretty much can't use my phone. I reboot then a couple of minutes later it will freeze up and I have to pull the battery. It keeps happening. I don't know what the deal is. Anyone else having this issue ?
