Ah, that's a completely different build. Beanstown106 does that one. He is porting the ICS framework over off galnet (miui scotland). It isn't a fix, it is a completely different version. Unfortunately, the issue with the double radios is in the framework, which is what I can't take from his build.

Just so everybody is aware, the double radio isn't an issue just with the droid x, this same framework bug is also in the Defy, Milestone, and at least one HTC (don't remember which one). This is an overall bug with CDMA on Miui v2.3 (the ICS Miui is v4).

Yep, sorry about that. There is definitely a bug there. Working on fixing it. In the meantime, if you download rom manager and terminal you can access CWM using the following steps:

    1) Open Superuser and enable root.
    2) Open Terminal.
    A) Type "su" hit enter
    B) Type "cat.jpg" hit enter
    3) Close Terminal. Open Rom Manager.
    4) Select "Reboot into Recovery"

You will now reboot into CWM.

I'm not gonna play the "my rom is better" game. . I will layout a few aspects of each though.

In the base, both roms are very similar. We both have roots with the 1.10.21 base. The ICS Miui was first done with version 1.11.9 by Aceoyame. I took over for DXC on the "stable" Gingerbread releases starting with 1.12.9. BeansTown106 took over for Ace starting with version 1.12.16. Essentially, we have two separate versions of Miui on the DX. Beans and I talk about what we are getting resolved and help each other out (for example, I gave him the 720p and init fix prior to releasing it publicly).

I haven't focused much on what all he has completed in his version outside our discussions, so even if I tried I couldn't tell you a whole lot about the details of his release. From my stand point, I actually expect people to try both. I was a huge flash-a-holic before starting to dev. I completely get it. I doubt this helped too much on the "which is better" question, but I hope I helped answer what is different.

No problem. Thank you for bringing up a potential fix. I debated nit releasing 12.30 because of the dual radio thing. Every test I've done shows it to work, I just don't like the looks of it.
