    Miui problem

    Is anyone having trouble with your phone booting back up after turning it off? It did it twice last night. I'm running the latest version of Miui. Its very aggravating!

    I had that happen while running ics miui, not plugged in either.

    shot out from DXC's MIUI 10.21... BOOM!!!

    I think 2nd init roms do that...its the lack of the blur feature to charge while powered off....someone please correct me if I'm wrong

    Absolutely correct. No 2nd init Rom based from CyanogenMOD will stay off while plugged in / charging without a custom kernel and few tweaks. Plus the blur based roms allow us to access the sleep feature in the kernel.

    Not necessarily, it all depends on usage patterns really - blur based roms do sometimes have better than 2nd-init ones. But yes CyanogenMOD, MIUI et all do better in battery life terms usually on devices which allow for a custom kernel to be tweaked
