Linux boot cd. sbf method trumps rsd lite any day. I've had all sorts of corrupted sbf issues with rsd. Total.brick I have thought on more than one occasions. But, first shot EVERY time, 1KDS linux bootcd method works. Its all automated, don't need to know linux, if you can burn a cd and root your phone you can use this tool. Just find the forum here for .sbf and 1KDS.

I did all of that, but I just keep seeing the MIUI spinning globe, over and over and over. What do I need to do?

Boot into recovery by pressing the vol down key when you see the blue led at boot. Wipe data. Reboot

    Evening ADLD...

Once I've SBF, then Flash Miui...Do I have to SBF again to float from Apex, Chevy, Liquid Etc...? I know Miui is 2nd-init ROM and I understand the Wipes...

Just Asking...Yes, I do Follow the Dev's Instructions...just haven't seen anything to get back to the ROM's mentioned...

    Thanks

    Its Bubba

I am trying to SBF from 605 to 602 because I need a fresh install of miui 1.11.9. When I boot to the SBF CD I have 3 options (select 1,2 or 3 and then press enter) WHen I press 1 nothing happens....non of the buttons work?? Im on a MacBook Pro. First time I SBF'ed I used the same method (it was froyo) it worked fine. Ideas???
    <MIUI 1.11.9>edit....back to 1.10.21
