    stuck on "no service"

ok so im new to the forum. i hope you guys can help.

i was running MUIU on my dx playing black ops using tether. so my fone froze on me but was still on. After i took the battery out to reset it, i have had no service. everything else works perfectly and i can still get online when using wifi, but my network is "no service". i have activated my backup phone on my plan(sucky flip phone), so its not a bad signal. i tried like 5 factory resets and changed the rom(liberty). i took it to verizon but they were like "blah blah blah!!...were stupid, your rooted, and all we woulda did anyway is swap it out!!!*nose pick*".

so if anyone has had this error or knows of anything i should try please let me know

The no service was/ is a bug with miui...have you tried to sbf back ?

Edit: I'm not site why you still have no service though...usually a reboot fixes that.l

a reboot will fix it, but there's a slightly quicker way. Go to settings, applications tab, manage applications, all, telephony service, force close
