I believe you can manually reprogram... using QPST/CDMA Workshop... however you will need some stuff from your carrier. You may be able to get that info from the working device. There used to be a thread hanging around here for flashing a DX to another carrier that would probably he relevant for providing some info... I've never used QPST personally for carrier flashing just working with NV data on my S3... careful with it though its an extremely powerful program.

i used qpst backed up my dads service programing and changed his meid number to mine and restored to mine and used radiocomm to backup his radio and restore to mine
