Here is the link to download RSD lite from. You can download it from your computer or phone, but either way it has to go onto your computer because the procedure will be done on your computer. Rsd lite its used to SBF on Windows, if you are on .621 and are SBF'n to stock, then you can only download and use the .621 sbf. This its because previous versions will damage your device. This was because Motorola made it where you cannot revert back to previous versions of Android before .621. If you are trying to root, then you can't use this method. There may be a method avaliable that will allow you to root while on the stock ROM without using the Milestone X SBF, which involves turning your DX into a milestone X which you them have to flash the stock rooted DX rom using CWM. Hope this helps. Sorry for the long post, I just want to ensure that you get enough info to understand how this is done. You wont find RSD in G Play because its a Windows app, not a Droid app.

In order to flash anything on RSD lite, you need, to make your X go into bootloader mode which in order to do so, turn off your X, press home, camera button, volume down, them power, then when you see the boot logo, which is usually MOTO's funny M in a circle, relaese the power button then you will see some white text on a black screen. Make sure it says ok to program and battery ok. I always make sure I have at least 50% of battery before I, use,RSD. After that you then need, to plug in your X to your, computer using the stock MOTO cable, then hit, the button,om RSD, that, has three dots them select the file you want to flash, then tell it, to uncompress and flash, and wait for it to get done. You may have, to do a, factory reset thru your stock recovery to prevent bootlooping after its done flashing. to do so, do a battery, pull, press home and power and release power after the M logo appears and press both volume buttons, them using the volume buttons to scroll up and down, select data wipe, them tell it yes. An SBF or factory reset will not touch anything on your SD card. Before you do this, make sure you make a nandroid backup of your current rom and that you have your, contacts, etc backed up on Google

The signal increase is slight. You should get a tad better speed. But I also heard the radio gets best reception with the 621. But 621 is now rootable

Ack! I tried to restore all my apps using TIBU but for a strange reason it explained I wasn't rooted. Wha?! I see the Superuser availability as it proves I have root access. So, I rebooted into CWM and now I'm stuck on the boot logo. :P I feeling an SBF around the corner.
