    ICS Update Failed!

I have a Droid X (obviously) and I can not seem to update to ICS. I have tried (nearly) everything to install ICS. I have factory reseted it 3 times and it still won't install. It is fine up until it reboots and it unpacks about half way, and I get the triangle with the "!". I was rooted before all the factory resets. Would this make a difference? I have spent hours on Google trying to find other people that have the same problem (to no avail). I have even tried letting my brothers have at it (two of them are computer programmers).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Nathan

The dx isn't getting the ics update. In my guess your dx is probably trying to update to the .621 version

if your trying to do a ota update... it could be because you were rooted... and some system apps/data has been changed or removed(or because your rooted... a factory reset wont erase super user from the app drawer because it's located in /system/app and not /data/app)
