Messed Up My Phone, Which SBF do I use?

So, I installed LiquidICS the other day, and while it was cool to play around with, my phone would really chug at times. I decided to flash back to my old ROM, re-installed Droid 2 Bootstrap, and rebooted into recovery... or, tried to. Now I'm just sitting at the red M all day. Tried doing a factory reset, no go. So I guess I need to SBF to fix it. But which one do I use? I haven't done this in forever. There are a bunch on this website:

What android version are you on currently?

I know I'm not on .621. I honestly don't remember the version number otherwise. Definitely one of the later GB versions, though.

if your not on the latest 621, I think it would be safe to assume either 602/605...so go here for the 602 iso/root

For future reference. ICS ROMs are 2nd Init, so you should not use any bootstrap app as your recovery accessed through the reboot menu.

I just installed liquid ics gotta say it is really surprising me with how good it is running on the old droid x good to see that the old droid x is still valued
