How to load a backup

Stupid question guys... I deodexed using the black glass theme and since then my phones been a bit buggy. When I reboot, several widgets don't load and I have to relaunch them through TiB. So all I want to do is start over. I made the back up through bootstrap and clockwork recovery, but how do I use it to start over. I have OTA 2.2

Bootstrap recovery, then go into clockwork rom manager and scroll down to manage/restore backups. Select your backup from that menu, and it will reboot into recovery and restore that backup.

To load a backup go into recovery bootstrap or clockwork go to restore backup pick restore and then pick the backup u want they will be dated by the date backed up. or if you named them in clockwork ?pick the one you want to restore. of your backups. Then click yes. then reboot
