    Hp g6 windows 7

    Im having trouble getting the boot menu to run. It use to boot up by pushing esc then f9 but now it just boots up windows. I cant get the boot menu to load to boot the linux disk for sbfing any ideas?

    How many times have you tried booting it? First time I tried to sbf with my hp g6 I had to boot up like 4 or 5 times.

    Use F10 to get into bios settings, then scroll to boot options. You'll be able to set "boot from cd" there

    Just got a chance to try it and you was right f10 gave me the bootmenu to enable cd/dvd boot option thanks harley
