No un-root in z4root
Hi all, I rooted last nite using z4root and all went well got to Superuser - had to reboot once then it rooted fine. Anyway, I then installed minifreemanager, Titanium backup (froze some apps) and Root Explorer. I've come to see that I don't have an 'un-root' button; when I click on z4root, it always only shows a root button even though it is rooted? How come I do not have an unroot button?
Thanks...

Why do you want to unroot exactly would be my question. Ti backup will no longer function for instance.

I don't necessarily want to unroot, I'm just curious as to why I read and see screen shots of a root and unroot button in z4root and I don't.

Unrooting is usually just a removal of a file and renaming another. Not sure why you do not have a button. I do it manually for free. Sorry.

Z4root is free.
If you just got it last night, may i ask how? i noticed it disappeared from the market.

I had it for about a week before I ran it last nite...

Ahhh gotcha. You will be fine. If you need to unroot, you can do it in ways other than z4. but you dont need to - so don't worry about it right now.
