    So I flashed this last night and I can't account for all the features listed above. I checked to make sure I downloaded the 0.9.0 version and I did. Any suggestions?

    I flashed strait from Vortex with no SBF. Did all my wipes and installed Rom then the 3/17 Gapps and it was a flawless install.
