Just throw them on your sd card and they should show up in your gallery under those names. You can out them in one folder or different folders it doesn't matter.

Doesn't matter. As long as you know where they are. If your launcher preference is adw you can use desktop Visualizer app to change your icons to the green ones.

You can change the sliders using ninjamorph if you have some from another theme/ones you have made pretty easily or check out widget locker from the market..allows for great customization of your lockscreen. There are smart keyboards that are black/green in the optional updates section in post 2.
