Battery pull, boot into the stock recovery, and wipe data/cache, and then reboot, should be good to go.

This might sound stupid, but I've forgotten how to boot ito stock recovery
Haha, its ok, hold down Home + Power button, release power button first then home button, press the search hard key to bring up menu, it that don't work, use the volume keys to bring it up. If the search key works, you are on Froyo, if the volume keys work, you are still on Gingerbread.

Hold the home button and power button until the android with the exclaimation comes up. Then press search (magnifying glass) or, if that doesn't work, press both up and down volume.
Edit: Damn the Ninjas!
Don't know what we are talking about? Check the Android Dictionary
Need to SBF? Try this.
Think you know what to do? Look at THIS first.

Froyo White "M" Boot Logo
Okay now I have Bootloader 30.04 on my screen, what next?
Are you plugged into the computer? If so unplug it and try again unless you already have successfully gotten into stock recovery to wipe data/cache and are trying to sbf.

I had the same problem. You definitely are going to have to do an sbf restore. Also, make sure it is "full" sbf., and not "system only".
I'm plugged into a pc; ran rsdlite and attempted to flash 2.3.340 full. I was 99% when the flash failed. I now have a Code Corrupt message on Bootloader 30.04. I downloaded the SBF from 1kdsdroidx website. I'm trying one more download from the site. Is there another website for the download? I'm running rsdlite 4.9
That file is proven, no need for another, I would advise against using random SBF files, just use the 2.3.340 full sbf from that site. Try reflashing, maybe with RSD lite 4.8
