    free me
Same here. Quick Clock works except for not setting the speeds on boot. Haven't noticed any problems at all with AdFree on 3G or Wifi.

    Greetings Droid X'ers
I have been reading a lot of posts on the GB OTA, and it is very clear that accepting the OTA update will cause a loss of rooting ability. At least until GB is figured out!
I have a rooted Froyo DX but am running no ROMs. Just Titanium to freeze bloat and some mild overclocking.
Will accepting the GB OTA brick this?
If I were running ROMs, would the GB OTA brick it then? Or does the OTA just upgrade the system regardless?

    regards

    Rolf

You cannot get the GB OTA without all your frozen bloat in tact. Also, if you have ROMS you will not get the OTA. You need to be stock Froyo (though, can be rooted) in order for the OTA to go through. You will not brick your phone doing any of the above....in fact, it is very difficult to actually brick your phone.
