Bootstrap/Recovery problem w/ GB Rooted

Basically, I am trying to load GBdeodexed.zip through recovery, BUT all I get is a blank screen after the M-logo screen. I've tried entering recovery by holding the home button while powering on, which gets me to the warning sign, but when i press the search button, nothing happens. I've also tried getting to recovery through ROM Manager and Droid X Bootstrap, but it boots into a blank screen after the M-logo. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Menu > settings > applications > development. Uncheck USB Debugging.

after getting to the android exclamation point screen it is no longer the search button that brings up the list of things to do it. hold down both volume buttons and it will apppear for you

Wow, thanks a ton guys! 'noxcuse' do you know if that is a GB problem or something? I'm pretty sure I've never had that before. And thank you 'stm_'. Both suggestions worked.

The DX Bootstrapper hasn't been updated for GB. Alot of people bought the D2 Bootstrapper. Someone found a fix with the DX one though.

im not sure exactly what happened to mine, I accepted an update and my home screens turned black and I could only use voice commands to cal or text, so on. I got into the market by holding down the search button and when I was supposed to talk said market. The internet googled market. I clicked on the android market and while on the normal website foread the market signed in, then found any free app chose to download it, then naturally you will get asked from browser or market. Of course choose market, then I downloaded an app called MOTO HOME FIX. THAT'S ALL! Thought id share cause verizon wanted me to use my insurance and get a new phone and I could not find anything that helped me I had to play with the phone just to do necessities for 3 days
