Depends on the flavor of linux you have. Ctl+Alt+t works on many distros.

If it doesn't for you, go to main menu, look for "Accessories" and look for terminal.

If no main menu, (As in new Ubuntu with Unity launcher ) and Ctl+Alt+t doesn't work, go to the top of the launcher, look for the top-most icon (on mine it is black and white with the Ubuntu logo) and click on it. That should open a search window called Dash. Type "Terminal" in the search bar and it should appear below. Click to start.

When you run sbf_flash it should say

    Chmod +x sbf_flash
    Sudo ./sbf_flash VRZ_MB810_4.5.602_1FF_01.sbf

Without .zip at the end you need to unzip the sbf file place sbf flash and the sbf and run from the same directory

So if you created sbf directory

    ~/ cd /sbf
    ~/sbf Chmod +x sbf_flash

    So on and so forth
