i run ulv 1.25 at safe temp

safe temps ur battery should never go above 120f which means the cpu is 10% higher then that so i have my alarm set at 116f

anything over these temps will break your phones circuits down in the long run and eventually failure

I run mine at 1.3ghz ultra low voltage, but u never wanna get over 140 deg and plus your phone has a safety feature on it where it'll cut it's self off if it gets to hot but I still wouldn't wanna get over 120 either just to be safe.... mine never gets over a 100 with heavy use

Nooooooo. If you do that, your CPU will always be at the max speed, which will lead to very fast battery drain and gnarly heat generation

You should have the min clock speed set all the way to the bottom, there's no reason to keep the CPU chugging along while your phone is at idle.
