Use a file explorer and go to sdcard then scroll down to lost.dir, keep the folder but you can delete what's inside.

LOST.DIR is created by the fsck utility (fsck = filesystem check) it contains inconsistent data which was found during the fs check. This can happen if you not properly reboot or power off the device, or if writing cycles can not be completed.

You can delete it all, I have NEVER had an issue deleting them

How do you guys know all this stuff? So do I clean out this folder every month or so?

If your sdcard gets full and you can't find the logical reason for it, just check there :-)

Im having problems installing I download app it goes thru loading process the says files missing error turn off wifi it does it with or without wifi is there a setting I need to change ,did have screen density changed I change it back uninstalled app and restored rom which is miui 2012.3.23. Any suggestions what it might be I'm using lite until I figure it out

the newest update form bootmanager broke it. So you need to get back on the earlier version. Do you have a backup of the older one? If so uninstall boot manager, and restore app only of the old one.

not at the moment i dont think. I had to go back to the previous version from a ti backup
