Titanium Backup while switching between Roms
Question..
6-13-11
If you are on Gingerbread .596 and create a Nandroid through Clockwork and back up apps and Data through TiBu
then switch over to say Apex Rom, restore Apps and Data through TiBu (but not all Apps that were backed up/ say you left out Angry Birds)
6-14-11
then make a nandroid of Apex, and a back up of TiBu.
6-15-11
Restore the Gingerbread .596 Nandroid and now Restore All Apps and Data through TiBu.
Does All the Apps and Data come back or just the NEW ones from the last TiBu that was done on 6-14-11?
Will Angry Birds w/ data from the original back up be able to be restored?
Guess the question is does TiBu overwrite backups based on what Rom you are using and what apps were on there during the backup?

You can make multiple backups of the same app and decide at "individual" restore which you want to load. This feature is available in the Pro version only I believe.
Additionally, you could make a separate folder for each rom's tibu, but this will quickly diminish your sd card space. Then make sure to point tibu to the correct folder before batch restore.
Edit: I am still fairly new with flashing roms, so I stick to the basics. Hopefully someone can get you more details, but this may help for now.
