I reinstalled all of the bloatware, but I continue to get a failed installation.
when I go to hbo's website (just to test flash) it says my device does not have flash installed? what am I doin wrong? wrong website? or could it something more?
I've never had to reboot and do so many battery pulls on my phone, ever! I knew this was going to happen! They were going to give us POS update not worth the hype! Woo flash 10 MOBILE! Im not impressed. Not impressed with the cosmetic change to the UI. Not impressed with the effd up look of the Swype keyboard; now out looks like the effd up multi-touch keyboard.what kind of bS us that?
I was stick on the Motorola screen for over an hour resulting in me to having to do a battery pull. Then after updating all my apps the 3G just shuts completely off for a good 40 mines. My freaking google search widget mutated legs with the update and seems to overlap other widgets at the top if my home screen so I won't be using that anymore.
Overall I'm just disappointed 2.1 and I were happy even without flash!![]()

not too happy about the changes to lighter screens, ie. calendar + swype etc.... coming from the stock 2.1 i was hoping too have some better defaults towards longer battery life. some how I think it's still going to be some work.
I like the 270° rotation, a few people just couldn't get the hang of turning it correctly. waiting for 3.1 for the 360°
i fixed it.. dro_id do this

then install then itll work![]()
I reinstalled all of the bloatware too. I noticed that they're not appearing in the app list when I look through Root Explorer. Weird.
Still getting update failed.
If you used bootstrap at any point it is probably still there. You have to change a couple of files. Here is a link on instructions. I used Root Explorer and it worked great!!
/system/bin
delete the hijack logwrapper file
rename the logwrapper.bin to logwrapper
(this also assumes you uninstalled the bootstrap app from your phone first)
