Everythings works right now as well if not better then I'd want it to so why so excited about Ginger Bread? I'll take the leap when it releases i'm just not going to think about it anymore until then...

I think the leaks and what not are good to keep up with, but I wouldn't install every one. Too confusing. I'm happy with my ROM and unless a better one comes out that is official, I won't change.Originally Posted by lifebeginsfriday

It really has to become an obsession lol. I mean how many people do you know that have a DX that just use it for a phone and some basic apps?
Almost everyone I know that has one uses it in stock form. Only a couple have gotten z4 from me and taken the step to root and that's only because they wanted to tether and be able to take screen shots.
The percentage of those of us that actually make major changes and use custom ROMs is honestly around 1%. We seem numerous when you look at the number on the forums but as a part of the whole we are a very small number.
I personally am addicted to changing things constantly. Stimulates my brain and expands my knowledge of it all.
DX- rooted, deodexed, strapped, OC'd, and themed how I like it.
Yep, my phone runs beautifully right now, but I still tryed the blur 3.4.2 I liked it but ill check it out again after dev's get a hold if it.

Here's a Twitter update for everyone about Gingerbread from one of the dev's...Looks like progress still being made.
