Need assistance rebooting new OS, deleted VZW apps caused backup assistant loop error

I'm new to these forums, but I'm hoping you guys can help me. After understandable frustration with bloatware, i rooted my phone and got a little delete happy without consulting this awesome forum first, I'm pretty sure i got vzw assistance, home, etc... Well I guess you live and learn. My question is this, since I'm pretty much a goofball and didn't back up anything on my droid x2, is there anyone here who could provide a complete wipe/reboot/reinstall/flash tutorial to maybe get my phone back up? The texts, calls, etc work fine; in fact i can even check my emails, I just can't axcess my home menu or use the home button at all, i.e. if I get a text or call i can respond, but my phone won't reach the op screen to open up the message or dial screen. does that make sense? Any all help would be appriciated

Could you give some more info?
Verizon, other carrier, or wifi only?
system version? see menu>settings>about phone> system version
    should be something like 4.5.621.MB810.Verizon.en.US

recommend you flash the matching sbf with RSD Lite
down load sbf from list here SBF Download Mirrors
    follow
Using RSD Lite to flash a .SBF to restore (Stock Rom)

    shouldn't have to wipe data

    after it's working correctly
get Titanium Backup and thepro key
Open Titanium Backup and press the "Options" hard-key. Then press "Batch." Run the Backup all User Apps tool and wait for the process to complete.

Make a Nandroid Backup with bootstrap

Then freeze the bloat with Titanium Backup.

It is verizon, by the way, and the specs look right, i simply cannot get into the phone to give you the specifics, since I can't access my menu through the activation screen. I'm going to look thru bypass guide and I'll get the info back asap

I'd go with the rooted stock sbf, followed by freezing the bloat with Titanium Backup. If you freeze the wrong thing again it can be easily thawed.
