Phone has rebooted itself 20 times today!!

first off, yes, I've counted. The title says it all, my phone has rebooted itself 20 times today, does anyone else have this problem? I have no new apps and this is a new problem, it used to reboot randomly but this is just insane. I'm about ready to see if they can send me a replacement phone, the port for my charger is pushed in, its rebooting like it's from the terminator or something, and it also will not allow me to connect to any wifi so I HAVE to use my data. If i connect to anyones wifi connection my phone turns off and I have to remove the battery and put it back in to start it up again. I have changed the battery in my phone with the two spares I have, so I know its nothing to do with the battery. What could these problems be caused by? seriously, this isn't cool to have going on especially during functions where my phone must be quiet but I still need it to be on.

Have you made any modifications to your phone? Root, rom etc? Otherwise all I know is to look into a replacement.

I had trouble with my DX May this year & Verizon replaced it (I pay $1.99/month for VZW "insurance"). They sent me an X2. It ended up having the same issue you're currently having so I called them after "owning" the first X2 for 2 or 3 days (this call was on a Saturday). I got a replacement X2 on Tuesday. So far no trouble You might as well call them and see if they can doing anything to help
