Every thing on my phone is set like they should be.I have redownloaded the driver,I have downloaded the root program.When I unzip the file I end up with two files and I don't know how to get both to download into the phone.

you don't put them on your phone, runme.bat is the root program that you run on your pc, the files folder, has the files needed for the root program
if you read the instructions zergRUSH

just download the attached file, extract it using winzip/winrar

go to the folder where its extracted and execute "RUNME.bat"

read and follow the instructions on the screen!

this would be easier if you gave more details like, what method (zerg),files ( runme.bat, files folder), and stick to one thread

I used DooMLord v4 Root-Zergrush.Unzipid it to my down loads.I ended up with 1.files and 1.runme.bat.Next I hooked the usb cable to the computer and tha phone.I ran the runme .bat completely No mesages,no warnings,no alerts and no Root permission.I use Root check basic.Thats all I can tell you,

you checked allow unknown sources, and usb debugging?

did zerg send out zerglynes (or whatever) when it ran?
was superuser installed, before you tried to root? if so that might cause problems
did you ever figure out how to open superuser?
