Problems with Contacts.....
Okay so maybe someone can help me out here.... I rooted my DX2 recently and was going through deleting some of the bloatware, and in my haste I must have deleted something that had to do with my contacts. I don't know which or what it was, and I didn't create a backup prior to this, but whenever I go into my contacts I get an error that says......
"The applicants Contacts Storage (process com.Motorola.contacts) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
If anyone knows of the files that I erased, or where/how I can reset my phone so that I can start all over again I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks for your help!
Jason

I assume you've tried pulling the battery but if not try that. The easiet way to just start all over is with a hard reset. Go into settings> privacy> factory data reset. Your device will hold on to the root capabilities throughout the process so you'll only have to load your info and apps back on the thing.

have ya tried going into settings/application settings/manage applications/all and scrolling down to contacts and wiping data there... so all ya have to do is restore contacts through your google account?

Were you deleting or freezing the bloatware? If you were deleting, then there's not much else to do other than sbf. If you were freezing, then unfreeze anything Yahoo. I've heard that it hinders contacts.
