    Have you taken any recent OTA updates if so there may not be a root method I got screwed when my DROIDX got updated and have no way to root

    Man with no pc I don't think you can do you have a friend or family that can let you use theirs this is a 10 minute process at most when you have all the necessary tools on the pc

    That's correct, a pc is required to root, for all current versions
