    Flashed & rooted x2 camcorder files do not play

    I just noticed today that I cannot play any recorded camcorder files, they record and when tried to play back error message "file cannot be displayed or play"
    Video resolution does not make a difference.
    changing to store on internal phone or the sd card does not make a difference.

    The camera mode works and stores fine.

    on GB 2.3.4 rooted

    Any suggestions on how to get the Camcorder files to record and play ?

    Did you try to reboot your phone? Taking battery out,I use to have that problem and that use to help it.
