    SBF for X2

    Do I SBF the X2 the same way I did with the original X or are there differences that I need to be made aware of? Thanks for any input!

    you need rsd 5.3.1 land new updated drivers.

    And instead of putting the phone into bootloader mode, the x2 has a rsd mode.

    Hold volume up while powering on.

    Why do some say volume down and others say volume up? Is there a difference? Does it put you straight into RSD mode or something? I used the power/volume down combination and SBFed fine.

    Volume up its direct to rsd, volume down gives you about 16 other options, including stock recovery.

    It's just way faster to use up when
    sbfing

    I have "VRZ_MB870_DTN-14.8_1FF_01.sbf"

    That is the froyo sbf file for the X2.

    For flashing back to gain root, it is the correct sbf file.
