I mean are you rooted, rom'd or on stock. Also does this problem still happen without go launcher installed.

That's really weird, i haven't really heard of this happening. If it stops when you uninstall the launcher then I have to say its the launcher for some reason. You could try and contact the developers. In the mean time just to give something a shot try wiping your phone cache.

1. Power down your phone
2. Push and hold volume down then power until "fastboot" appears at the top of your screen.
3. Push volume down 7 times to highlight "Android Recovery" and push volume up to select it.
4. Push volume up and volume down at the same time to access the recovery menu.
5. Highlight wipe cache partition and press power to execute.
6. Reboot.

No cache won't touch anything on your phone. Just don't wipe data, only cache.
