    I can't get logged in. Is anyone else having a problem with this? I went to the reset password but it tells me my username or URL is invalid.

    Have you tried contacting Hancent? Try clearing the the app cache then try logging in again. Hope this helps!

    Go to settings/apps/ then downloaded or all. Scroll down to hand cent and clear the data and cache.
