    Can you hide apps? There's several stock apps that I don't use and can't delete.

    You must be rooted and you can freeze the apps (bloat)

    If you don't want to root you can just hide apps in the drawer by using a different launcher like GoLauncher.

    you could create a folder and drop the apps into it
