Was @ Red yesterday & of all things, the rep said to me they -will- take your phone back up to a 150 days! I was told after listening to this that Red doesn't like to talk about that much but will with no harm to you take the equipment back up to 150 days after you receiving the cell, etc. So maybe this will help you.
