    Bricked droid x2, need help!!!

    My droid x2 is bricked as in it wont start up. All this happened after trying to install a new rom, It went into a bootloop then tried to fix that by going into android recovery but then that didnt work. Then finally the battery stopped charging

    You'll need to find a friend that has an x or x2 to charge your battery, once that's done you need to sbf in rsdlite

    Tryto find a friend wit a droid x2 or x with a charged battery..n put in urs. Then go into recovery n wipe data. Wipe cache if u can. Reboot. If still the same.. Then.. Power on while pushing up volume n SBF it.. Using rsd lite..Thas wat id try.. Wont hurt at least.

    Well I have the sbf and rsdlite v5.3.1 I guess all I need is the battery, could I just order a new one as well or something

    I think factory battery's are only charged to 70% or so and its highly recommended to be at 100% on an sbf cause they take time... Verizon should be more than happy to charge your battery though.

    You can sbf with out a battery at all if you buy a team black hat factory cable. Unfortunately that's about all they're good for. But when you need it you'll be glad it's there.

    Another option is to take the battery to a Verizon store. They should charge it for you, if it's a corporate store they definitely will.
