    Did you copy done_app and done_frame to the sdcard?

    The "ERROR Trying something different!," is normal.

    As with the other errors, I am not sure. Are you using the phone while this process is happening? If not and if not and you still receive this error, try deodexing in recovery.

    If you are going to do it in recovery, make sure you mount /system in CWM mount settings.

    when trying again do we have to try steps 1 and 2 too? or just 3 and 4?
    also, if we only care about modding the core UI, do we have to deodex all the apps too?
    ie: for now, i'm just gonna do statusbar, shade, and clock, but i wanna mess with my system as little as possible. Do I need to do the apps?
