current themes compatible with froyo

Are the current themes out compatible with froyo, or is that something independent that the theme creaters have to convert their current 2.1 themes over for?

Themes need to be converted. AFAIK, no themes for DX Froyo yet. I'm hoping that birdman and koush really come through so we can get stock on this thing. I have to say, I'm no fan of blur. I used my folks' brand new dIncs and sense is SO much better. Even at that though, I'd really rather have Google's stock.

Ok sorry Im a complete noob with android...coming from Windows Mobile.

So are you saying that themes made such as the ones that replace framework-res.apk and so forth dont work on froyo? I'm assuming thats what your saying but you know what they say about people who assume.

I have yet to upgrade to 2.2, just basically been too busy. Im still working on requests to port other themes to our phone too, but they are also going to be for 2.1 for now. Sorry fellas. Will be at least a week till my red one if for froyo. I would say fabulous and 928 will be the first for 2.2.

the new *leaked* froyo build has just been deodexed so themes should be coming soon.
