    adding pic to pull down screen

    having a brain fart. for the life of me i cant remember how to add a pic to the status bar background and make the pic transparent. done it before but never on a .9. do the .9s take something different to do the transparent or is hardening of the arteries just catching up with me? ginger 588. using PS 7. any help or a point in the right direction would be appreciated. thanks
