[How To] use Ninjamorph to change notification bar icons

You can use Ninja to redo the slider images. You just have to figure out how to edit .9.pngs. They're in the framework-res.apk under System/framework. Then it's the same concept as using Ninja for other apks. There are a bunch of good tutorials on em. It's a question of setting up your computer with a few programs, including draw9patch and editing properly. Just google Edit .9png file or search in youtube and you'll get it all. I've been settin up my phone in a Karate theme for kicks, so this is my current lockscreen on Vortex. I changed em so that when I touch the left "fist" slider, the button on the right turns into a Makiwara. My wife is about ready to leave me for a fence post which she deems smarter and far better company... lol

Cab ninjamorph or metamorph be used to change the lock screen? I know I can get widgetlocker, agile lock, ripple lock and even the miui lock apps for lock screens. The apps are laggy, sometimes just dont work, wont show music player and I have to unlock to answer calls. I would like to have one that functions like the stock but with a different type of sliders. I am on the vortex roms so if you know of anything that would work for it can you point me in the right direction.

You can use ninja or meta or do a zip to change any image on your whole entire phone. Doesn't matter were it is. Lockscreen, home screen, settings. You can do it all. The hardest part at first is trying to figure out what the name and location of some this stuff is. But that's why you got us. I know from me building themes, I have changed every image on my phone and pretty much know the name and location of everything. Feel free to ask me, i will help out all that I can.

Try widget locker, magic locker, go locker which you have to be using go lAuncher to use, or flash miui. I have all of these on my device, and they all work good. or flash Miui, it has all these lockscreens, plus you can mix and match parts of themes in the theme manager. For example, you can use iCons from one theme, and sms from another theme, or framework from another,a lockscreen from one, and combine then together and make your own custom theme without having to know how to make themes yourself in Photoshop. It's pretty awesome!

Nope. Try the app No Lock to remove the stock lockscreen.

This is crazy. I am porting my theme over to vortex. And I am theming the blur launcher for The First time. I can not figure out what the image is that's the highlight behind app icons on the homescreen when you touch an icon on the blur launcher. I can not find this for the life of me. You would think it's in the Blur home apk, but it's not. Anyone know were this image might be? I ate up hours so far trying to find this image, and I'm making zero progress.
